School Supply List

Basic Supplies

*the school provides pencils, colored pencils, erasers, markers, scissors, paper and glue that the students will be able to buy at the school store with their classroom currency. However, if your child would like to bring their own, they are welcome to.  

 

- Sturdy backpack 

- Waterbottle (with leak proof lid)

- Drinking Thermos (for hot tea and the occasioal hot chocolate treat)

- Lunch Box (with ice packs to keep food cold, if needed)

- Slippers or Indoor Shoes (outdoor shoes will be removed once indoors)

- One Heavy Duty 3 Inch 3 Ring Binder (this is for 3rd-6th grade students only; this will hold the schoolwork for all subjects)

- Package of binder dividers (must have at least 8 dividers) 

- Folder (for homework)

- Pencil box (we prefer the rectangular metal pencil boxes because they store better and are less likely to break)

- One package of printer paper (1 per student)

- One box of Kleenex (1 per student)

 

Special Supplies

- 9 in. by 12 in. Strathmore Sketchbook (for those attending the Art Club)

- Graphite Drawing Pencils, set of 12 (highly recommend Derwent Academy Graphite Sketching Pencils; for those attending the Art Club)

- Gardening gloves (for those attending the Homesteading class)
