LOCATION

Monarch Meadows is located on Wozani Farm in Frederick, Colorado. Wozani Farm was started in 2018 by Rainer and his wife Liz, along with their four children. Liz, who is from South Africa, decided on the name Wozani, which is the Zulu word for "come" or "to come." This word encompasses their dream for the farm - to make it into a place where people can come together. They are currently working on revitalizing the land through permaculture, where agriculture and nature work together to create a biodiverse ecosystem. The farm is also home to chickens, pigs, sheep, and a llama.
